Given the ongoing pandemic, we are offering our much-loved Prenatal Yoga, Partner Prenatal Yoga, and Mom & Baby Yoga Connect virtually. We are taking extra effort and focus to continue to build the key opportunity to develop camaraderie and community while you take care of body and mind during this time.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or are completely new to fitness classes, our classes are a great way to melt away stress and stay fit and flexible during pregnancy and beyond. We focus on being able to provide personal attention (even virtually!) to help you in your practice and opportunities to connect with your fellow classmates. Therefore, classes are small, but the community-vibe is big.
