Not sleeping much? In this class we will learn about the science of sleep, infant sleep cycles, how and why they change — and how you can both anticipate and gently adapt so the whole family can sleep better!
In this class we’ll discuss the anthropology of sleep, dispelling the myths, and learning valuable tools to promote sleep for everyone. We will discuss the available literature and studies and share some tips from local parents and professionals. In the last part of class, we will review sample sleep schedules and learn the basics of how to implement good sleep skills from the start. Our goal is to help your baby gently learn to become a more self-reliant little sleeper.Learn More
