The best advice we can give is to do your best to arrive about 10-15 minutes early so you can find parking, grab a cup of tea or water, use the restroom, and be brought into your massage at your scheduled time. If it’s your first visit it’s best to fill out the paperwork before arriving, or come earlier. In order to respect your time — and the time of our other clients — we run a tight-ship and start and end on time (most of the time — hey, nobody is perfect).
Other than that, just think about what you are hoping from in your time with your therapist. Know that we’re not mind-readers, so if you are hoping for something different, you just need to speak up! It won’t hurt our feelings — really!← Ask The Expert
